Best Friends Pet Care is sponsoring a pet adoption extravaganza hosted and held at the SPCA of Westchester in Briarcliff Manor on May 22nd & 23rd from 10am-3pm. Over 200 puppies, kittens, dogs, and cats will be available for adoption.
